Abstract

Three connected units introduce agentic knowledge work beyond academia. Participants configure an AI harness, prepare files and project knowledge, define control points and develop a small application from explicit requirements. A synthetic institutional scenario provides common material while allowing participants to transfer the workflow to their own professional context.
